Inside Japan? No - Funada exerts a hard stop to that, mainly because the Finance Ministry boys are the ones who want a new economy and we can't have the Finance Ministry winning, not now not ever

83. At the start of the game, there's not a great amount of push for mutual trade - the U.S. and Japan still don't get along and Japan's economic eyes are set much more on Latin America.

84. Not the only one but it's the easiest and largest distinction.

88. Well, when economy is on fire, you really only have one option - put it out! The problem is that the more fires you have, the harder it is to just get them under control.
